UK ENGLAND LONDON 19MAY05 - Money manager Christopher Hohn (R), managing partner of The Childrens Investment Fund (TCI) near the entrance to 7 Clifford Street, Mayfair, central London, the official address of the $ 3 bn hedge fund company TCI. The fund is at the forefront of a boardroom coup which saw off the top tiers of management at Deutsche Boerse AG. On May 9, Deutsche Börse's chief executive, Werner Seifert, announced that he was resigning, effective immediately. Chairman Rolf E.
