UK ENGLAND LONDON 6OCT03 - The nose of a Concorde supersonic plane parked at London Heathrow Airport October 6th. British Airways will be phasing out the last Concorde flights by the end of October, citing rising maintenance costs and declining demand for that premium product as the prime reasons for ending an era spanning 27 years.
